THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR ENTRY IN AUSTRALIA ONLY AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO AUSTRALIAN LAW. This Promotion (defined below) is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Google, LLC (“Google”) or certain prize providers. You understand that you are supplying your information to the Promoter and Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa Inc., Visa International Service Association, and their respective parents, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, trustees, and client financial institutions (collectively, “Visa”) and not to Google. For purposes of these Official Rules, Visa and the other prize providers shall be collectively referred to as the “Excluded Companies”. This Promotion shall not be published without permission of the Promoter. Names, logos, and/or materials associated with prize descriptions are used for purposes of the Promotion and/or prize descriptions only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply sponsorship of this Promotion.
PROMOTER / ADMINISTRATORS: The “Dream Trip Giveaway (Australia)” (“Promotion”) is conducted by My Rewards LLC located at 201 Main Street, Suite 102, Carbondale, CO 81623 (“Promoter”). The Promoter's agent in Australia is SmartMedia Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 75 604 658 255) located at Level 14, 440 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000. The Promotion is administered by SMT Web3, Inc located at 201 Main Street, Suite 102, Carbondale, CO 81623 (“Administrator”) and National Sweepstakes Company, LLC located at 1143 East union Street, Newark, NY 14513 (“Co-Administrator”).
PROMOTION TIMING: The Promotion begins at 12:00AM AEST on 4 September 2026 and ends at 11:59PM AEDT on 27 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The server time of destinations.visa.com (the “Website”) is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of Australia who are who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Employees of Promoter, Administrators, the Excluded Companies, Google and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all relevant laws and regulations. This Promotion is void for residents outside Australia and where is it prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Promoter’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion, subject to the directions of a regulatory body.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There are two (2) ways to receive entry into this Promotion: (a) the initial entry (“Initial Entry”); and (b) bonus entries (each, a “Bonus Entry”). Regardless of the method(s) used to obtain entry into this Promotion, there is a limit of one hundred and ten (110) entries per person equivalent to one (1) Initial Entry and one hundred and nine (109) Bonus Entries.
INITIAL ENTRY: To participate in the Promotion, Entrants must enroll in both the Visa Destinations (“Visa Destinations”) and the Visa Destinations Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”). Enrollment in Visa Destinations is free and is subject to Visa Destinations terms of use located at https://getsmt.link/r6incbqe. Enrollment in the Rewards Program is free and is subject to Rewards Program terms and conditions, located at https://getsmt.link/1ecd0s8w. Entrants must earn their Initial Entry via one (1) of the methods below. Upon receipt of the Initial Entry, Entrant will receive access to the Promotion.
a. NEW VISA DESTINATIONS MEMBERS: Visit https://getsmt.link/1fjt3izo during the Promotion Period, select “CONTINUE WITH EMAIL” or “CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE” and when prompted:
- Email: Submit your email address. After checking the boxes indicating your agreement to these Official Rules, the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, the Visa Destinations Terms of use, the Promoter’s consolidated terms and privacy policies, the Visa Privacy Policy, and, if desired, the receipt of future marketing communications from Visa, click the “CONTINUE” button. Upon the successful submission of your information, you will receive an email with a login link. To complete the registration procedure and earn one (1) Initial Entry into the Promotion, you must either (a) click the “LOG IN NOW” link found within the email; or (b) enter the six (6) digit numerical pin (found within the email) on the Website. (NOTE: If you do not click the “LOG IN NOW” link or enter the pin within the indicated time-period and complete the registration procedure you will not be able to participate in the Promotion.); OR
- Google: After checking the boxes indicating your agreement to these Official Rules, the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, the Visa Destinations Terms of use, the Promoter’s consolidated terms and privacy policies, the Visa Privacy Policy, and, if desired, the receipt of future marketing communications from Visa, click the “CONTINUE” button. Then, submit your Google email address, select “CONTINUE”, submit your Google password, select “NEXT” and select “CONTINUE” to earn one (1) Initial Entry into the Promotion.
b. EXISTING VISA DESTINATIONS MEMBERS: If you are an existing Visa Destinations user, you can enter the Promotion by logging into the Website during the Promotion Period. Click on the “Dream Trip Giveaway” image, found under the “ALL LOCATIONS” feed, and, after checking the boxes indicating your agreement to these Official Rules, the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, the Promoter’s consolidated terms and privacy policies, the Visa Privacy Policy, and, if desired, the receipt of future marketing communications from Visa, click the “CONTINUE” button to earn one (1) Initial Entry into the Promotion.
BONUS ENTRIES: Once the Initial Entry is received, eligible Entrants may then receive up to one hundred and nine (109) Bonus Entries. To earn Bonus Entries, visit the Website during the Promotion Period, login, locate the “Dream Trip Giveaway” image, found under the “ALL LOCATIONS” feed and complete the following action(s):
a. Dream Destination Quiz (1 Bonus Entry): Click the “TELL US YOUR DREAM DESTINATION” button and follow the steps to complete the quiz (you are not required to get the answers correct). Upon completion of the quiz and clicking the final “SUBMIT” button, Entrants will receive one (1) Bonus Entry into the Promotion. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry via this method for the entire Promotion Period.
b. Travel Personality Quiz (1 Bonus Entry): Click the “WHAT’S YOUR TRAVEL PERSONALITY” button and follow the steps to complete the quiz (you are not required to get the answers correct). Upon completion of the quiz and clicking the “CONTINUE” button, Entrants will receive one (1) Bonus Entry into the Promotion. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry via this method for the entire Promotion Period.
c. Verify your Visa Card (100 Bonus Entries): Click the “VERIFY YOUR VISA CARD” button and follow the steps to verify the Visa debit or credit card you want to link. Upon successfully verifying your Visa debit or credit card you will receive one hundred (100) Bonus Entries into the Promotion. To earn Bonus Entries without verifying a Visa card, follow the instructions under “AMOE” below*. Limit one hundred (100) Bonus Entries via this method for the entire Promotion Period.
d. Explore Offers (1 Bonus Entry): Click the "EXPLORE OFFERS” button, then click the second “EXPLORE OFFERS” button to review the available offers. Entrants will receive one (1) Bonus Entry into the Promotion upon clicking the second “EXPLORE OFFERS” button. To navigate back to the Website to earn more Bonus Entries, click “MY OFFERS” located in the top navigation bar. Then click the “GIVEAWAY” icon. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry via this method for the entire Promotion Period.
e. Add to Home (1 Bonus Entry): Click the “ADD TO HOME” button to view the instructions on how to bookmark the account. Entrants will receive one (1) Bonus Entry after viewing the instructions and clicking “CONTINUE”. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry via this method for the entire Promotion Period.
f. Invite Friends (up to 5 Bonus Entries): Click the “INVITE FRIENDS” button to share the Promotion via email or via the social channels installed on your device. When prompted, select the social media channel for which you wish to share the Promotion, or click “COPY” to copy the link and share it via email. Upon selecting the social media channel or clicking “COPY”, Entrants will receive one (1) Bonus Entry into the Promotion. The invited friend does not need to register for the Promotion for you to receive the Bonus Entry. The social media channels made available for you to share will be based on the social media channels that you have installed on your device at the time of entry. To share via a particular social media channel, Entrant must have a registered account with the social media channel. Social Media accounts are free and may be created through each respective social media channel’s website or app. To receive all five (5) Bonus Entries available via this method, Entrant must repeat these steps individually. Limit five (5) Bonus Entries via this method for the entire Promotion Period.
*AMOE: Entrants who do not wish to receive Bonus Entries by verifying a Visa card can earn one hundred (100) Bonus Entries by mail. To earn one hundred (100) Bonus Entries by mail, Entrants must submit one (1) postcard in an envelope. The Entrant must, on a 4” x 6” postcard, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, address, city, state, post code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address. Mail your completed 4” x 6” postcard in an envelope to: “Dream Trip Giveaway (Australia) Bonus Entries”, PO Box 427, Newark, NY 14513. Mail entries must be received by 4 December 2006 to be considered eligible. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Promoter will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted by mail become the sole property of the Promoter and will not be returned. Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage due or damaged mailed entries. Limit one hundred (100) Bonus Entries via this method for the entire Promotion Period.
Entry Limit: Regardless of the method(s) used to obtain entry into this Promotion, there is a limit of one hundred and ten (110) entries per person during the entire Promotion Period, equivalent to one (1) Initial Entry and one hundred and nine (109) Bonus Entries. If more than the stated number of entries are received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address then all of that person’s entries may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) e-mail address, telephone number, or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an Entrant is using more than one e-mail address or multiple identities to participate in the Promotion, then that Entrant, in Promoter’s sole discretion, will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate in the Promotion is prohibited and may result in disqualification. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunication malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Promoter will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who participated in this Promotion, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the e-mail address submitted at the time for which the Initial Entry was received, and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
IMPORTANT: DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF AN ENTRANT ENTERS THIS PROMOTION ON HIS/HER MOBILE DEVICE. NOT ALL MOBILE TELEPHONE/WIRELESS PROVIDERS CARRY THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE PROMOTION. ENTRANTS SHOULD CONSULT THEIR WIRELESS PROVIDER’S PRICING PLANS.
RANDOM DRAWING / NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) random drawing held in this Promotion. On 11 December 2026 at 12:01AM AEDT, the Administrator will draw one hundred sixty-seven (167) potential prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator at their offices located at 201 Main Street, Suite 102, Carbondale, CO 81623. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize winners are each considered a potential prize winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Notification / Verification: The potential prize winners will be notified by the Administrator via email within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date in which the drawing takes place (“Email Notification”). Within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Email Notification, the potential prize winners will be required to click “REDEEM NOW” link found within the Email Notification which will lead them to Website (login is required). When prompted, the potential prize winner must follow the steps to complete the prize redemption form in its entirety including your first name, last name, address, city, state, post code, telephone number (including area code) and date of birth. Once the prize redemption form is complete, the Administrator will verify a prize winner’s eligibility (which may take up to five (5) business days). The potential prize winner will also be required to complete and return “Required Documents” as further described in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below. Verified prize winners will receive their prize within twenty-eight (28) days after the draw.
Subject to the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW” clause, in the event a potential prize winner does not respond to the Email Notification within fourteen (14) days, then the prize will be forfeited. If a potential prize winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines to accept the respective prize, the respective prize will be awarded to an alternate potential prize winner as outlined in the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW” section below. If additional alternate drawings and notifications are required due to an alternate disqualification (or if an alternate fails to claim the prize), such drawings and notification=s will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
The Administrator will attempt to notify the potential prize winners as set forth above, but the Administrator (or any other Promotion Entity) is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of the potential prize winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. The Promoter’s decisions with respect to the selection of the potential prize winners shall be, subject to the directions of a regulatory authority, based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into.
Publication: Winner details (and unclaimed prize winner details, if any), being their first initial, surname and postcode, will be published at https://getsmt.link/he8ypo34 on 26 December 2026 for the original draw and on 10 January 2026 for the unclaimed prize draw, if required.
Unclaimed Prize Draw: A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 26 December 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Alternate potential prize winners will be notified as outlined above and provided with the same period of time to respond to an Email Notification (fourteen (14) days).
PRIZE CLAIMS: Except where prohibited, after the prize redemption form is completed and verified, the potential prize winner may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the “Release”) and any other documents reasonably required by Promoter (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within 14 days of receipt of the Required Documents. If the potential prize winner fails to return the Required Documents within the time period required, or if the email is returned as undeliverable, such potential prize winner forfeits his/her right to the prize and an alternate will be notified as outlined in the “RANDOM DRAWING/NOTIFICATION” section above, even if the disqualified potential prize winner's name may have been publicly announced. If it is determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, that a potential prize winner is not eligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential prize winner forfeits his/her right to the prize and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected and notified as outlined in the “RANDOM DRAWINGS/NOTIFICATION” section above, even if the disqualified potential prize winner’s name may have been publicly announced. In the event a potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Promoter shall have no liability or obligation to such individual.
PRIZES: There are a total of one hundred sixty-seven (167) prizes available in this Promotion. Prizes will be randomly allocated, with the winner of the Grand Prize being drawn first, followed by the four (4) winners of the First Prizes, the eighteen (18) winners of the Second Prizes, the fifty-four (54) winners of the Third Prizes and the ninety (90) winners of the Fourth Prizes. No person may win more than one (1) prize (excluding SA residents). Prizes are as follows:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available in this Promotion, valued at up to $19,000 USD / approximately $27,385 AUD based on current exchange rates. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner and will receive all of the following:
(a) one (1) $7,600 USD (approx. $10,954 AUD) Visa Prepaid Card which can be used for flights (or used for alternate purchases if the Grand Prize Winner chooses);
(b) one (1) $7,600 USD (approx. $10,954 AUD) Trip.com e Gift Card which can be used for hotel accommodations (or used for alternate purchases on Trip.com if the Grand Prize Winner chooses) (“eGift Card”); and
(c)one (1) $3,800 USD (approx. $5,477 AUD) Visa Prepaid Card which can be used for Spending Money (or used for alternate purchases if the Grand Prize Winner chooses).
Visa Prepaid Card terms and conditions: Visa Prepaid Card(s), including but not limited to activation and expiration, is subject to the Visa Prepaid Card terms and conditions which can be accessed at https://getsmt.link/z7hq2yd1. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the Visa Prepaid Card codes in their Visa Destinations Account under the “MY OFFERS” tab. Visa Prepaid Card codes will be in USD. The Visa Prepaid Cards must be activated within sixty (60) days of receipt and used within one (1) year of activation. Visa Prepaid Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Trip.com eGift Card terms and conditions: Trip.com eGift Card can only be used to book travel products and services on the Trip.com website. Use of the eGift Card is subject to the Trip.com Terms and Conditions available at https://us.trip.com/giftcard/guideline?locale=en-GB&curr=USD. eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the eGift Card code in their Visa Destinations Account under the “MY OFFERS” tab. eGift Card code will be awarded in USD. eGift Card must be activated within sixty (60) days of receipt and used within (3) three years of activation. The eGift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
Travel Details: Neither Visa nor Promoter or other Promotion Entities are responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or additional fees (e.g. baggage, seat upgrades) incurred at the time of travel. The e-Gift Card and the Prepaid Visa Cards are not redeemable for cash (and the Visa Prepaid Cards cannot be used for cash withdrawals). Grand Prize Winner is responsible for booking and coordinating all travel and accommodations using the eGift Card and The Visa Prepaid Cards provided or via a method of Grand Prize Winner’s sole choosing. Reservations are subject to availability. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth herein; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, additional meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, other personal expenses, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, baggage fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion(s) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including but not limited to valid photo identification, passports and any other required travel documents, which shall be determined solely by the Grand Prize Winner. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or reservation. Reservations made are subject to availability and may be restricted during major holiday periods or blackout periods. A personal credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required by the hotel or any applicable tour provider for incidental charges and personal expenses. In the event a personal credit card or cash deposit is required by the hotel or a tour provider, Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for supplying such personal credit card and or cash deposit and for all personal expenses / incidental charges.
First Prizes: The next four (4) valid entries drawn will each win a “First Prize”. Each First Prize consists of one (1) $1,000 USD (approx. $1,441 AUD) Trip.com eGift Card. Trip.com eGift Card can only be used to book travel products and services on the Trip.com website. Use of the eGift Card is subject to the Trip.com Terms and Conditions available at https://us.trip.com/giftcard/guideline?locale=en-GB&curr=USD. eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. The First Prize winners will receive the eGift Card code in their Visa Destinations Account under the “MY OFFERS” tab. eGift Card code will be awarded in USD. eGift Card must be activated within sixty (60) days of receipt and used within (1) one year of activation. The eGift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Second Prizes: The next eighteen (18) valid entries drawn will each win a “Second Prize”. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) $250 USD (approx. $360 AUD) Visa Prepaid Card which can be used towards dining (or used for alternate purchases if the Second Prize winner chooses). Use of Visa Prepaid Card, including but not limited to activation and expiration, is subject to the Visa Prepaid Card terms and conditions which can be accessed at https://getsmt.link/z7hq2yd1. The Second Prize winners will receive the Visa Prepaid Card code in their Visa Destinations Account under the “MY OFFERS” tab. Visa Prepaid Card codes will be in USD. The Visa Prepaid Card must be activated within sixty (60) days of receipt and used within one (1) year of activation. The Visa Prepaid Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
Third Prizes: The next fifty-four (54) valid entries drawn will each win a “Third Prize”. Each Third Prize consists of one (1) $50 USD (approx. $77 AUD). Visa Prepaid Card which can be used towards entertainment and wellness (or used for alternate purchases if the Third Prize winner chooses). Use of the Visa Prepaid Card, including but not limited to activation and expiration, is subject to the Visa Prepaid Card terms and conditions which can be accessed at https://getsmt.link/z7hq2yd1. The Third Prize winners will receive the Visa Prepaid Card code in their Visa Destinations Account under the “MY OFFERS” tab. Visa Prepaid Card codes will be in USD. The Visa Prepaid Card must be activated within sixty (60) days of receipt and used within one (1) year of activation. The Visa Prepaid Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
Fourth Prizes: The next ninety (90) valid entries drawn will each win a “Fourth Prize”. Each Fourth Prize consists of one (1) $10 USD (approx. $14 AUD) Visa Prepaid Card. Use of the Visa Prepaid Card, including but not limited to activation and expiration, is subject to the Visa Prepaid Card terms and conditions which can be accessed at https://getsmt.link/z7hq2yd1. The Fourth Prize winners will receive the Visa Prepaid Card code in their Visa Destinations Account under the “MY OFFERS” tab. Visa Prepaid Card codes will be in USD. The Visa Prepaid Card must be activated within sixty (60) days of receipt and used within one (1) year of activation. The Visa Prepaid Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
General Prize details: No transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted, except at Promoter’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes if applicable. Except as otherwise set forth herein, unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely prize winner’s responsibility. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Promoter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, subject to the directions of a regulatory authority. Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding prizes for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per person (excluding SA residents).
Total Prize Pool: The total prize pool value is $31,100 USD / approximately $45,047 AUD based on current exchange rates.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of / taking of a prize.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to the directions of a regulatory authority, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the Promotion, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of winners from among non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules.
PRIVACY: The collection, use and disclosure of personal information ("PI") provided in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy located online at https://myrewardsllc.com/privacy and Visa’s privacy policy located at https://usa.visa.com/legal/privacy-policy.html. The Promoter collects PI in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
CONSENT TO PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: By participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees to allow the Promotion Entities and their respective designees the perpetual right to use their name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, video and other information and content provided in connection with the Promotion for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media now or hereafter devised worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as described herein is void. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Promotion. Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as in these Official Rules is void. If it is discovered that a person has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple phone numbers, e-mail addresses, residential addresses, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or like methods, all of that person’s entries will be declared null and void and that person will not be awarded any prize that he/she might have been randomly selected to receive. Any use of artificial intelligence software, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Promotion will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No Entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Promoter and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
