القواعد الرسمية
لا يُشترط الشراء للمشاركة في السحب أو الفوز بجائزة أو المطالبة بها. لن يؤدي الشراء أو السداد إلى زيادة فرص المشارك في الفوز. يُعد هذا العرض باطلاً ومُلغى حيثما كان ذلك محظورًا أو مقيدًا بموجب النظام. هذا العرض الترويجي مخصص للمشاركة من داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط، ويخضع للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. لا يخضع هذا العرض الترويجي (المحدد أدناه) بأي شكل من الأشكال لرعاية شركة أو Google, LLC (يشار إليها فيما يلي باسم "Google") أو مصادقتها أو إدارتها، ولا يرتبط بها أو بجهات تقديم جوائز معينة. وتدرك بموجب هذا أنك تقدم معلوماتك إلى الجهة الراعية وVisa U.S.A. Inc. وVisa Inc. وVisa International Service Association وشركاتها الأم وخلفائها والشركات التابعة لها وفروعها وأمنائها والمؤسسات المالية العميلة لها (يُشار إليهم مجتمعين باسم "Visa") وليس لشركة Google. ولأغراض هذه القواعد الرسمية، يُشار إلى شركة Visa وجهات تقديم الجوائز الأخرى مجتمعة باسم "الشركات المستبعدة". لا يجوز نشر هذا العرض الترويجي دون إذن مسبق من الجهة الراعية. وتُستخدم الأسماء أو الشعارات أو المواد المرتبطة بأوصاف الجوائز أو جميعها لأغراض الترويج و/أو أوصاف الجوائز حصرًا، ولا يُقصد من هذا الاستخدام الإشارة إلى رعاية هذا العرض الترويجي أو التلميح إلى ذلك.
الجهة الراعية / الجهة المسؤولة عن الإدارة: "سحب رحلة الأحلام (المملكة العربية السعودية)" ("العرض الترويجي") برعاية شركة My Rewards LLC الكائن مقرها في 201 Main Street, Suite 102, Carbondale, CO 81623 ("الجهة الراعية"). وتتولى إدارة العرض الترويجي شركة SMT Web3, Inc ("SMT") الكائن مقرها في 201 Main Street, Suite 102, Carbondale, CO 81623 ("الجهة المسؤولة عن الإدارة").
الجدول الزمني للعرض الترويجي: يبدأ العرض الترويجي في تمام الساعة 12:00 صباحًا بالتوقيت الشرقي ("ET") في 20أغسطس 2026 وينتهي في تمام الساعة 11:59 مساءً بالتوقيت الشرقي في 12 نوفمبر2026 (يشار إليها باسم "فترة العرض الترويجي"). ويعد توقيت خادم تطبيق الموقع الإلكتروني (المحدد أدناه) هو المرجع الرسمي لاحتساب الوقت في هذا العرض الترويجي.
الأهلية: يقتصر الاشتراك في هذا العرض الترويجي على المقيمين بصفة نظامية في المملكة العربية السعودية ممن لا تقل أعمارهم عن ثمانية عشر (18) عامًا وقت الاشتراك (ويُشار إلى كل منهم بـاسم "المشارك"). وقد يُطلب من الفائز بالجائزة الكبرى (المحددة أدناه) تعبئة نموذج W8-BEN لتمكين الجهة الراعية من الإبلاغ عن الجوائز وفقًا لمتطلبات دائرة الإيرادات الداخلية ("IRS") الأمريكية. ولا يوجد في هذه القواعد الرسمية ما يُلزم المقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية بتقديم وثائق ضريبية باستثناء ما يقتضيه النظام المعمول به أو ما تفرضه التزامات الإبلاغ الضريبي للجهة الراعية على نحو معقول. ولا يحق لموظفي الجهة الراعية، أو الجهة المسؤولة عن الإدارة، أو الشركات المستبعدة، أو شركة Google، أو أي من شركاتهم الأم، والشركات التابعة، والفروع، ووكالات الإعلان والترويج ذات الصلة بهم (ويُشار إليهم مجتمعين باسم "كيانات العرض الترويجي")، وكل من أفراد أسرهم المباشرين (على سبيل المثال، الزوج/الزوجة والوالدين والأبناء والإخوة وأزواجهم/زوجاتهم، وأقارب الدرجة نفسها بحكم المصاهرة، بغض النظر عن محل إقامتهم) والأشخاص المقيمين معهم في المسكن نفسه سواء كانت تربطهم صلة قرابة أم لا، الاشتراك أو الفوز في هذا العرض. يخضع هذا العرض الترويجي لجميع الأنظمة واللوائح ذات الصلة. ويُعد باطلاً للمقيمين خارج المملكة العربية السعودية وفي أي مكان يُحظر أو يُقيّد فيه بموجب النظام. وتُعد المشاركة في هذا العرض موافقة تامة وغير مشروطة من جانب المشارك على هذه القواعد الرسمية وعلى قرارات وتفسيرات الجهة الراعية، والتي تُعد نهائية وملزمة في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بالعرض الترويجي.
كيفية المشاركة: توجد طريقتان (2) للمشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي: (أ) المشاركة الأولية ("المشاركة الأولية")؛ و(ب) المشاركات الإضافية (يُشار إلى كل منها باسم "المشاركة الإضافية"). وبغض النظر عن الطريقة (الطرق) المستخدمة للمشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي، يُحدد الحد الأقصى للمشاركات بواقع مائة وعشر (110) مشاركات للشخص الواحد، بما يعادل مشاركة أولية واحدة (1) ومائة وتسع (109) مشاركات إضافية.
المشاركة الأولية: للمشاركة في العرض الترويجي، يجب على المشاركين التسجيل في وجهات Visa (يشار إليها باسم "وجهات Visa") وبرنامج مكافآت وجهات Visa (يشار إليه باسم "برنامج المكافآت"). التسجيل في وجهات Visa مجاني ويخضع لشروط استخدام وجهات Visa المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/r6incbqe. والتسجيل في برنامج المكافآت مجاني أيضًا ويخضع لأحكام وشروط برنامج المكافآت، المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/1ecd0s8w. ويجب على المشاركين الحصول على مشاركتهم الأولية عبر إحدى (1) الطرق الموضحة أدناه. وفور تسجيل المشاركة الأولية، سيُمنح المشارك حق الوصول إلى العرض الترويجي.
(1) أعضاء وجهات Visa الجدد: تفضلوا بزيارة الرابط https://getsmt.link/0kzk4ibd خلال فترة العرض الترويجي، وحددوا خيار "CONTINUE WITH EMAIL" (المتابعة باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني) أو "CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE" (المتابعة باستخدام GOOGLE) وعند مطالبتك بذلك:
- البريد الإلكتروني: أدخل عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني. وبعد تحديد مربعات الاختيار التي تؤكد موافقتك على هذه القواعد الرسمية، وشروط وأحكام برنامج المكافآت (المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/1ecd0s8w)، وشروط استخدام وجهات Visa (المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/r6incbqe)، والشروط الموحدة وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بالجهة الراعية (المتوفرة على الرابط https://www.smartmediatech.io/legal/ar/terms وhttps://www.smartmediatech.io/legal/ar/privacy-policy)، وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بشركة Visa (المتوفرة على الرابط https://www.visa.com/en-us/legal/global-privacy-notice)، والموافقة - إذا رغبت في ذلك - على استلام الرسائل التسويقية المستقبلية من شركة Visa، فانقر على الزر "CONTINUE" (متابعة). وفور إرسال بياناتك بنجاح، ستتلقى رسالة بريد إلكتروني تحتوي على رابط لتسجيل الدخول. ولإتمام إجراءات التسجيل والحصول على مشاركة أولية واحدة (1) في العرض الترويجي، يجب عليك إما (أ) النقر على رابط "LOG IN NOW" (تسجيل الدخول الآن) الموجود في رسالة البريد الإلكتروني؛ أو (ب) إدخال رقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN) المكون من ستة (6) أرقام (الموجود في رسالة البريد الإلكتروني) على الموقع الإلكتروني. (ملاحظة: إذا لم تنقر على رابط "LOG IN NOW" (تسجيل الدخول الآن) أو لم تُدخل رقم التعريف الشخصي خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة وتمم إجراءات التسجيل، فلن تتمكن من المشاركة في العرض الترويجي.)؛ أو
- Google: بعد تحديد مربعات الاختيار التي تؤكد موافقتك على هذه القواعد الرسمية، وشروط وأحكام برنامج المكافآت (المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/1ecd0s8w)، وشروط استخدام وجهات Visa (المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/r6incbqe)، والشروط الموحدة وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بالجهة الراعية (المتوفرة على الرابط https://www.smartmediatech.io/legal/ar/terms وhttps://www.smartmediatech.io/legal/ar/privacy-policy)، وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بشركة Visa (المتوفرة على الرابط https://www.visa.com/en-us/legal/global-privacy-notice)، والموافقة - إذا رغبت في ذلك - على استلام الرسائل التسويقية المستقبلية من شركة Visa، فانقر على الزر "CONTINUE" (متابعة). وبعد ذلك، أدخل عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني لدى Google، وحدد "CONTINUE" (متابعة)، ثم أدخل كلمة مرور Google الخاصة بك، وحدد "NEXT" (التالي) وحدد "CONTINUE" (متابعة) للحصول على مشاركة أولية واحدة (1) في العرض الترويجي.
(2) أعضاء وجهات VISA الحاليون: إذا كنت مستخدمًا مسجلاً حاليًا في وجهات Visa، فيمكنك الاشتراك في العرض الترويجي عن طريق تسجيل الدخول إلى destinations.visa.com (يشار إليه باسم "الموقع الإلكتروني") خلال فترة العرض الترويجي. انقر على صورة "Dream Trip Giveaway" (سحب رحلة الأحلام)، الموجودة ضمن قسم "ALL LOCATIONS" (كل المواقع)، وبعد تحديد مربعات الاختيار التي تؤكد موافقتك على هذه القواعد الرسمية، وشروط وأحكام برنامج المكافآت، والشروط الموحدة وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بالجهة الراعية، وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بشركة Visa، والموافقة - إذا رغبت في ذلك - على تلقي المراسلات التسويقية المستقبلية من شركة Visa، انقر على الزر "CONTINUE" (متابعة) للحصول على مشاركة أولية واحدة (1) في العرض الترويجي.
المشاركات الإضافية: بمجرد تلقي المشاركة الأولية، يجوز للمشاركين المؤهلين الحصول على ما يصل إلى مائة وتسعة (109) مشاركة إضافية. ولكسب المشاركات الإضافية، تفضل بزيارة الموقع الإلكتروني خلال فترة العرض الترويجي، وسجّل الدخول، وحدد موقع صورة "Dream Trip Giveaway" (سحب رحلة الأحلام)، الموجودة ضمن قسم "ALL LOCATIONS" (كل المواقع) ثم أكمل الإجراء (الإجراءات) التالية:
- اختبار وجهة الأحلام (مشاركة إضافية واحدة): انقر على الزر "TELL US YOUR DREAM DESTINATION" (أخبرنا بوجهة أحلامك) واتبع الخطوات لإكمال الاختبار (ليس مطلوبًا منك تقديم إجابات صحيحة). وفور إتمام الاختبار والنقر على الزر "SUBMIT" (إرسال) النهائي، سيحصل المشاركون على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) في العرض الترويجي. ويقتصر هذا الإجراء على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) كحد أقصى عبر هذه الطريقة طوال فترة العرض الترويجي بأكملها.
- اختبار شخصية المسافر (مشاركة إضافية واحدة): انقر على الزر "WHAT’S YOUR TRAVEL PERSONALITY" (ما شخصية المسافر لديك) واتبع الخطوات لإكمال الاختبار (ليس مطلوبًا منك تقديم إجابات صحيحة). وفور إتمام الاختبار والنقر على الزر "CONTINUE" (متابعة) النهائي، سيحصل المشاركون على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) في العرض الترويجي. ويقتصر هذا الإجراء على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) كحد أقصى عبر هذه الطريقة طوال فترة العرض الترويجي بأكملها.
- التحقق من بطاقة Visa الخاصة بك (100 مشاركة إضافية): انقر على الزر "VERIFY YOUR VISA CARD" (التحقق من بطاقة Visa الخاصة بك) واتبع الخطوات للتحقق من بطاقة Visa للخصم أو الائتمان التي ترغب في ربطها. وفور إتمام التحقق من بطاقة Visa للخصم أو الائتمان بنجاح، ستحصل على مائة (100) مشاركة إضافية في العرض الترويجي. ولكسب مشاركات إضافية دون التحقق من بطاقة Visa، اتبع التعليمات الموضحة تحت قسم "AMOE" أدناه*.
- استكشاف العروض (مشاركة إضافية واحدة): انقر على الزر "EXPLORE OFFERS" (استكشاف العروض)، ثم انقر على الزر "EXPLORE OFFERS" (استكشاف العروض) الثاني لاستعراض العروض المتاحة. وسيحصل المشاركون على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) في العرض الترويجي فور النقر على زر "EXPLORE OFFERS" (استكشاف العروض) الثاني. وللعودة إلى الموقع الإلكتروني لكسب المزيد من المشاركات الإضافية، انقر على قسم "MY OFFERS" (عروضي) الموجود في شريط التنقل العلوي. ثم انقر على أيقونة "GIVEAWAY" (السحب). ويقتصر هذا الإجراء على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) كحد أقصى عبر هذه الطريقة طوال فترة العرض الترويجي بأكملها.
- الإضافة إلى الشاشة الرئيسية (مشاركة إضافية واحدة): انقر على الزر "ADD TO HOME" (إضافة إلى الشاشة الرئيسية) لعرض التعليمات الخاصة بكيفية حفظ الحساب كإشارة مرجعية. وسيحصل المشاركون على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) بعد الاطلاع على التعليمات والنقر على الزر "CONTINUE" (متابعة). ويقتصر هذا الإجراء على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) كحد أقصى عبر هذه الطريقة طوال فترة العرض الترويجي بأكملها.
- دعوة الأصدقاء (حتى 5 مشاركات إضافية): انقر على الزر "INVITE FRIENDS" (دعوة الأصدقاء) لمشاركة العرض الترويجي عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو عبر قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي المثبتة على جهازك. وعند مطالبتك بذلك، حدد قناة التواصل الاجتماعي التي ترغب في مشاركة العرض الترويجي من خلالها، أو انقر على "COPY" (نسخ) لنسخ الرابط ومشاركته عبر البريد الإلكتروني. وعند تحديد قناة التواصل الاجتماعي أو النقر على "COPY" (نسخ)، سيحصل المشاركون على مشاركة إضافية واحدة (1) في العرض الترويجي. ولا يُشترط تسجيل الصديق المدعو في العرض الترويجي لكي تحصل على المشاركة الإضافية. وتعتمد قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي المتاحة لك للمشاركة على قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي المثبتة على جهازك وقت المشاركة. وللمشاركة عبر قناة تواصل اجتماعي معينة، يجب أن يمتلك المشارك حسابًا مسجلاً في تلك القناة. إنشاء حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي مجاني ويمكن إتمام ذلك عبر الموقع الإلكتروني أو التطبيق الخاص بكل قناة تواصل اجتماعي. وللحصول على جميع المشاركات الإضافية الخمس (5) المتاحة عبر هذه الطريقة، يجب على المشارك تكرار هذه الخطوات بشكل منفصل. ويقتصر هذا الإجراء على خمس (5) مشاركات إضافية كحد أقصى عبر هذه الطريقة طوال فترة العرض الترويجي بأكملها.
*AMOE: للحصول على مشاركات إضافية عبر هذه الطريقة دون التحقق من بطاقة Visa، تفضل بزيارة الرابط https://getsmt.link/gd7xs6bx ("صفحة AMOE")، وأدخل عنوان البريد الإلكتروني أو اسم مستخدم وكلمة مرور حساب Google المستخدمين الحصول على المشاركة الأولية في هذا السحب، وبعد تحديد مربع الاختيار الذي يؤكد موافقتك على هذه القواعد الرسمية، وشروط وأحكام برنامج المكافآت (المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/1ecd0s8w)، وشروط استخدام وجهات Visa (المتوفرة على الرابط https://getsmt.link/r6incbqe)، والشروط الموحدة وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بالجهة الراعية (المتوفرة على الرابط https://www.smartmediatech.io/legal/ar/terms وhttps:// https://www.smartmediatech.io/legal/ar/privacy-policy)، وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بشركة Visa (المتوفرة على الرابط https://www.visa.com/en-us/legal/global-privacy-notice)، والموافقة - إن رغبت في ذلك - على استلام المراسلات التسويقية المستقبلية من، انقر على الزر "CONTINUE" (متابعة)، وفور الإرسال الناجح لعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني أو اسم مستخدم وكلمة مرور حساب Google، ستتلقى رسالة بريد إلكتروني تحتوي على رابط تسجيل الدخول. ويجب عليك إما؛ (أ) النقر على رابط "LOG IN NOW" (تسجيل الدخول الآن) الموجود في رسالة البريد الإلكتروني لنقلك إلى الموقع الإلكتروني؛ أو (ب) إدخال رقم التعريف الشخصي المكون من ستة (6) أرقام (الموجود في رسالة البريد الإلكتروني) على الموقع الإلكتروني. بعد ذلك، وبمجرد الوصول إلى الموقع الإلكتروني، انقر على الزر "REQUEST ENTRIES" (طلب المشاركات) للحصول على مائة (100) مشاركة إضافية في السحب.
الحد الأقصى للمشاركات: بغض النظر عن الطريقة (الطرق) المستخدمة للحصول على مشاركات في هذا العرض الترويجي، يُحدد الحد الأقصى للمشاركات بواقع مائة وعشرة (110) مشاركة للشخص الواحد طوال فترة العرض الترويجي بأكملها، بما يعادل مشاركة أولية واحدة (1) ومائة وتسعة (109) مشاركة إضافية. وفي حالة استلام عدد مشاركات يتجاوز العدد المحدد من الشخص نفسه و/أو رقم الهاتف و/أو عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، يجوز للجهة الراعية، وفقًا لتقديرها المطلق، استبعاد جميع مشاركات ذلك الشخص. ويُحظر على المشاركين استخدام أكثر من عنوان بريد إلكتروني واحد (1) أو رقم هاتف واحد أو هويات متعددة. وإذا ثبت أو اشتُبه في أن مشاركاً يستخدم أكثر من عنوان بريد إلكتروني أو هويات متعددة للمشاركة في العرض الترويجي، فسيتم استبعاد هذا المشارك وفقًا للتقدير المطلق للجهة الراعية. ويُحظر استخدام أي نظام آلي للمشاركة في العرض الترويجي، وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى الاستبعاد. لا تتحمل كيانات العرض الترويجي المسؤولية عن أي مشاركات مفقودة أو متأخرة أو مرسلة إلى وجهة غير صحيحة أو يتعذر تسليمها، سواء كان ذلك ناتجاً عن أخطاء في النظام أو إغفال أو انقطاع أو حذف أو عيوب أو تأخير في التشغيل أو الإرسال أو لأي سبب آخر، أو ناتجًا عن السرقة أو التلف أو الأعطال، أو الإرسال المعيب أو أي خلل آخر في الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية، أو المشاركات التي لم تُستلم نتيجة لأعطال في الأجهزة أو البرمجيات من أي نوع، أو انقطاع الاتصال بالشبكة أو عدم توفرها، أو عمليات الإرسال عبر الكمبيوتر أو الهاتفية الفاشلة أو غير المكتملة أو المشوشة، أو الأخطاء المطبعية أو أخطاء النظام وفشله، أو الأعطال الفنية، أو غير ذلك. ولن تتحقق الجهة الراعية من استلام المشاركات نيابة عن المشاركين. في حالة حدوث نزاع حول هوية الشخص المشارك في هذا العرض الترويجي، تُعتبر المشاركة مقدمة من "صاحب الحساب المعتمد" (المحدد أدناه) لعنوان البريد الإلكتروني المُرسل وقت استلام الاشتراك الأولي، ويتعين على هذا الشخص الامتثال لهذه القواعد الرسمية. ويُعرَّف "صاحب الحساب المعتمد" بأنه الشخص الطبيعي الذي تم تخصيص عنوان بريد إلكتروني له من قِبل موفر خدمة الإنترنت، أو موفر الخدمات عبر الإنترنت، أو أي مؤسسة أخرى (على سبيل المثال، منشأة تجارية، مؤسسة تعليمية، وما إلى ذلك) مسؤولة عن تخصيص عناوين البريد الإلكتروني للنطاق المرتبط بعنوان البريد الإلكتروني المُقدم.
هام: قد تُطبق رسوم استخدام البيانات إذا اشترك أحد المشاركين في هذا العرض الترويجي عبر جهازه الجوال. ولا تدعم جميع شركات الاتصالات اللاسلكية / الهاتف الجوال الخدمة اللازمة للمشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي. ويُنصح المشاركون بالاطلاع على خطط الأسعار لدى مزود الخدمة اللاسلكية الخاص بهم. ولا يُشترط الاشتراك عبر الهاتف الجوال للمشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي أو الفوز بجائزة فيه.
السحب العشوائي / الإخطار: سيتم إجراء سحب عشوائي واحد (1) في هذا العرض الترويجي. وفي 13 نوفمبر 2026 أو في حدود هذا التاريخ عند الساعة 12:01 صباحًا بالتوقيت الشرقي، ستختار شركة SMT مائة وأربعة عشر (114) فائزًا محتملاً بالجوائز من بين جميع المشاركات المؤهلة المستلمة خلال فترة العرض الترويجي. وتعتمد احتمالات الفوز بجائزة على إجمالي عدد المشاركات المؤهلة المُستلمة خلال فترة العرض الترويجي. ويُعد كل فائز بالجوائز فائزًا محتملاً إلى حين التحقق من أهليته وامتثاله لهذه القواعد الرسمية.

ستقوم شركة SMT بمحاولتين (2) اثنتين فقط للتواصل مع الفائزين المحتملين بالجوائز عبر آلية الإخطار بالبريد الإلكتروني الموضحة أعلاه. وفي حال عدم استجابة فائز محتمل لأيٍّ من الإخطارين المرسلين بالبريد الإلكتروني، فسيتم استبعاد الفائز المحتمل الأصلي، واختيار فائز بديل من بين المشاركات المؤهلة المتبقية غير الفائزة والمُستلمة خلال فترة العرض الترويجي، وإخطاره وفقًا للآلية الموضحة أعلاه. وإذا تم استبعاد فائز محتمل، أو تبيّن عدم أهليته أو عدم امتثاله لهذه القواعد الرسمية، أو رفض قبول الجائزة المخصصة له، فستُمنح تلك الجائزة إلى فائز بديل على النحو المبين أعلاه. وإذا تعذر على شركة SMT التحقق من أهلية جميع الفائزين بالجوائز بعد إجراء ثلاث (3) محاولات لإخطار الفائزين البدلاء لكل جائزة على حدة، فلن يتم منح الجائزة (أو الجوائز) غير المطالب بها المرتبطة بذلك.
ستسعى شركة SMT لإخطار الفائزين المحتملين بالجوائز على النحو المبين أعلاه، لكن لا تتحمل شركة SMT (أو أي كيان آخر من كيانات العرض الترويجي) المسؤولية عن أي رسائل بريد إلكتروني يتعذر تسليمها، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الرسائل التي لم يتم استلامها بسبب إعدادات الخصوصية أو تصفية البريد العشوائي الخاصة بالفائز المحتمل، والتي قد تحوّل أي رسالة إلكترونية خاصة بالعرض الترويجي، بما في ذلك رسائل إخطار الفوز، إلى مجلد البريد غير المرغوب فيه أو المهملات. وتستند قرارات الجهة الراعية بشأن اختيار الفائزين المحتملين بالجوائز إلى تقديرها المطلق وتفسيرها لهذه القواعد الرسمية، وتُعد نهائية وملزمة من جميع الوجوه.

الضرائب: لا تخضع الجوائز للضرائب بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها المطبقة على الفائزين بالجوائز. وبناءً على طلب من الجهة الراعية، يلتزم الفائز (أو الفائزون) بالجوائز باستكمال وتقديم جميع النماذج الضريبية والشهادات والتفويضات، أو أي مستندات أخرى على وجه السرعة إلى الجهة الراعية، وذلك حسبما قد يكون ضروريًا للامتثال للأنظمة الضريبية المطبقة على الجهة الراعية. وإذا اقتضى النظام ذلك، تحتفظ الجهة الراعية بالحق في استقطاع وتوريد قيمة أي ضريبة أو ضرائب مستحقة إلى السلطات الضريبية المختصة.

RANDOM DRAWING / NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) random drawing held in this Promotion. On or about November 13, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET, SMT will select one hundred fourteen (114) potential prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize winners are each considered a potential prize winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Notification / Verification: The potential prize winners will be notified by SMT via email within three (3) business days from the date in which the drawing takes place (“Email Notification”). Within three (3) business days from receipt of the Email Notification, the potential prize winners will be required to click “REDEEM NOW” link found within the Email Notification which will lead them to Website (login is required). When prompted, the potential prize winner must follow the steps to complete the prize redemption form in its entirety including your first name, last name, national address short code, building number and street, district/neighborhood, city, postal code, telephone number (including area code) and date of birth. Once the prize redemption form is complete, SMT will verify a prize winner’s eligibility (which may take up to five (5) business days). DISPUTES: This promotion is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in Monroe County, New York. If the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall then be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its arbitration rules and procedures or subsequent versions thereof (“JAMS Rules”). The jams rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in New York. All proceedings brought pursuant to this paragraph will be conducted in Monroe County, New York. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages or have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, including attorneys’ fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. Entrants agree that the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or promotion entities and/or any other party shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
